Is this therapy?

No. These courses are intended for educational and informational purposes only and should be understood as general guidance. They are for personal growth and wellness, and can be used as adjunct to therapy. It is not a substitute for professional medical, psychiatric, psychological, or therapeutic counseling, diagnosis, or treatment.

What is the difference between coaching and psychotherapy?

Coaching & Mentorship helps you set goals, build skills, and move forward in your personal or professional life. It’s future-focused and action-oriented, supporting you to improve different areas of your life. Coaching & Mentorship does not diagnose or treat mental health conditions; instead, it focuses on actionable strategies and support to help clients reach their potential.

Psychotherapy and Clinical Mental Health Counseling if focused on healing and mental health treatment. It helps people work through past experiences, emotional struggles, or mental health conditions. It involves using clinical methods to diagnose, treat, and support psychological well-being with a licensed mental health professional.

What if I am already in counseling? How will it be helpful?

A workshop is a great addition to your counseling! It helps you gain deeper insights and make the most of your therapy by providing tools that may boost your confidence and wellbeing.

Do you prescribe medication and provide psychiatric evaluations?

No. While I am a licensed psychiatric provider and therapist, my services in this space, "Reclaim & Reauthor Wellness Institute" are focused solely on coaching, mentorship, and wellness education. My role in this space is to offer guidance, support, and evidence-based strategies to help you navigate personal and professional growth and wellbeing.
